Mô tả công việc

Create Project Charter, define Project&039;s Processes, and develop Project Stakeholder Register
Get project initiated as defined processes
Project Scope Management
Report to SeniorManager and Customer about the project scope
Make analysis on Change Requests to determine they are in or out of the scope
Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Create Requirement Change Management Plan (studying &making analysis on the impacts)
Change WBS as Customer&039;s request Manage project based on Requirement Change Management Plan(studying & making analysis on the impacts)

Time Management
Create project schedule
Change the project schedule as Customer&039;s request
Make analysis when project is behind schedule, take actions and implement them
Report to SeniorManager and Customerabout the project progress
Manage the project progress based on project schedule (assigned tasks)
Understand and know the project progress
Cost Management
Create CostEstimation
Give explanation to Senior Manager, Customer about the estimation
Keep control on effort as Customer&039;s request
Create Effort Estimation
Keep control on Cost as Customer&039;s request
Quality Management
Develop and implement quality improvement plan for projects of one account or project line
Develop quality analysis report
Manage the project progress based on Quality Plan (assigned tasks)
Develop and implement quality improvement plan for project
Know the quality status of project Make proposals, analysis on the quality status of project
Create Quality Plan
Report to Senior Manager, Customer about the quality of project
Human Resources Management
Create task assignment
Create skill matrix and training plan for project members
Create recruitment plan and organization plan
Create resource plan as Customer&039;s requirement
Develop and implement the human resource development plan for an account, or project lines in the long term
Change Human Resource Plan to meet the actual situation
Change task assignment to meet the actual situation
Recruit and provide resources to projects
Communication Management
Make milestone/stage report to Customer Communicate with Customer in Customer&039;s proper language
Create milestone/stage report, quantitatively (Schedule, Quality, pending tasks)
Create plan of milestone/stage reporting within project
Create plan of milestone/stage reporting to Senior Manager, Customer
Create milestone/stage report in the main language of project
Conduct milestone/stage meeting periodically as planned
Communicate project information as planned Directly interacts with customer to ensure that they are satisfied and issues are promptly raised and address
Create communication plan with Customer Create communication plan within project
Risk Management
Give explanation to Senior, Customer about the new risks
Update the risk list
Create Risk Management Plan
Resolve when the risk occurs as planned
Identifying the risks (identifying the risks, defining the mitigation &contingency plan..)
Make decision on action taken on organization issues affecting the projects
Give explanation to Senior Manager,Customer about the risks
Procurement Management
Create the list of necessary devices, equipment
Prepare devices, equipment (borrowing, buying)
Give explanation to Senior, Customer about the necessary devices, equipment
Pre- sales
Consult solutions and best choicesto customers and negotiate them to win the project
Assess the complexity and feasibility of project
Review the contract, follow and track the project against contractual terms
Gather functional and non- functional requirements, analyze requirements to select appropriate technical solutions
Plan and estimate project work. Develop proposal and support to make a bid for the project
Do other tasks requested by Senior Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Skills and Experience

Familiar with project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Trello, Basecamp,...
Deep understanding of project management models (PMBOK, CMMI)
Minimum of 3 years of management/ leadership experience in a software development organization required
Very good at team management skill
Must have at least 5 years of experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products to market
Very good at planning and organizing skills
Good knowledge at software engineering and SDLC
Good English command (reading, listening, speaking, and writing)
Very good at communication skills
Records of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and/or sdevelopment manager
Very good at problem- solving skills
Software development methods (Agile, Scrum, RUP)
