Job Description
Job summary:
– The candidate shall be able to communicate effectively in English to present and relay technical information effectively to non- technical audiences.
– The candidate will serve as the interface between the offshore clients and manage the designated VN project team to facilitate the design, development, and execution of works to ensure successful project/product delivery .
Core responsibilities:
– Track and manage resource/task allocations to ensure productivity at its optimal.
– Conduct meetings with respective clients’ stakeholders and manage task assignments for the project team.
– Conduct project- related training for end- users if required.
– Manage changes to projects’ scope, schedule, and effort using appropriate verification techniques.
– Plan, manage, and track overall project(s) to ensure timely delivery, and meet technical/business requirements.
– Ensure project(s) are executed following approved plans and specifications.
– Measure project performance and generate weekly progress reports for clients.
– Resolve project issues with the team and escalate risk- prone issues with recommendations to the client stakeholders for resolution/decision.
– Ensure that project implementation methodology, security standards, and procedures are adhered to by all project team members.
Job Requirement

– Min Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
2 years
to
4 years
f IT project management experience in 3 full software development life cycles, with Agile project experience, is a big plus.

Fluent in both written and spoken English.
– Excellent critical thinking, analytical, solution conceptualization, and problem- solving skills
– Strong leadership with good communication and presentation skills.
