Customer Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving escalations effectively.
Execution Leadership: Lead and oversee the execution of all program phases, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Strategic Planning: Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with global clients and internal stakeholders. Develop comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies.
Opportunity Identification: Continuously look for opportunities to expand existing engagements and identify new business potential by demonstrating value, showcasing capabilities, and understanding customer roadmaps.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and escalation strategies to minimize impact on schedule, budget, and quality.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high- quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes throughout the program lifecycle.
Technology Leadership: Possess a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies (Azure, .NET, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, etc.) and application development best practices. Guide technical teams and ensure alignment with architectural principles.
Budget & Schedule Management: Manage program budgets, forecasts, and schedules effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed- upon financial and timeline constraints. Report on financial performance and project progress regularly.
Proactive Solutions: Propose innovative solutions and value- added services that align with customer goals and company capabilities.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to white papers, case studies, and presentations to showcase delivery successes and industry expertise.
Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with global customers. Proactively identify customer needs and pain points, acting as a strategic advisor.
