We’re currently seeking a strong passion for consumer fashion and highly organized Project Manager with a proven Agile background (Software/Tech industry) to join our Fashion Product Development team.
In this role, you&039;ll take full ownership of managing timelines, resources, budgets, and performance metrics across our fashion product development team. Leveraging your Agile expertise, you&039;ll build structured processes, closely track team progress, ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Project Planning & Agile Process Management
• Identify potential risks or blockers early and work with relevant stakeholders to remove them before they impact delivery
• Develop, standardize, and optimize Agile project management practices including task breakdown, sprint planning, retrospectives, and detailed reporting
• Closely manage and monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of products and milestones
Performance Monitoring & Decision Making
• Continuously monitor and analyze team performance
• Regularly gather and interpret key data points (velocity, completion rates, resource utilization, development milestones), ensuring team targets remain relevant and achievable
• Ensure performance metrics and project priorities stay aligned with business objectives
• Generate clear, actionable reports to support strategic decision- making at leadership levels
Cross- functional Coordination & Communication
• Facilitate structured meetings with clear documentation of discussions, actions, and follow- up responsibilities
• Serve as the central point for cross- team collaboration, maintaining alignment of goals and priorities
Team Development
• Conduct regular one- on- ones, performance reviews, and provide coaching to continuously improve team performance
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development activities within your teams.
