Project Manager - Up to $1600

The Project Manager will oversee internal projects to enhance AWING&039;s performance through the development of applications and tools for various departments. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Collaboration with multiple departments is key to ensure seamless integration and operational improvements
JOB DETAILS
Project Management

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to closure.
Lead and manage internal projects focused on improving AWING performance through the development and enhancement of applications such as websites and department- specific tools or other necessary too.

Business Analysis (BA)

Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for project teams.
Ensure the solution aligns with the company’s goals and operational improvements.

Cross- functional Collaboration

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Foster strong working relationships with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Provide clear communication on project milestones, deliverables, and potential delays to relevant teams.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Tech, ADD, Marketing, and HR to ensure seamless project integration across all areas.

Yêu cầu công việc

Min 2 years working experiences at the role Project Manager.
Able to communicate in English
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in business analysis (BA), with the ability to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Salary ranges from 1200 – 1600 USD (Negotiable)
