Deepen market presence in the local VN market to align with the R&D unit for swift responses. Handle and enhance quality management, strengthen the brand image of products, and promote BU&039;s development in the VN market.
Serve as the contact window between Vietnam (VN) and Business Unit (BU). When encountering quality complaints, take responsibility for internally integrating resources and proactively connecting with relevant Research and Development (R&D) units. Conduct meetings to analyze customer complaints, effectively manage schedules, and handle progress. Communicate with the front line externally and collect analysis data.
What are you expected to do?
In your daily duties, you will:
VN and BU Communication Bridge:
(1) In the event of significant customer complaints, visit the local Field Assistant Engineer (FAE) to address issues and provide timely feedback to Headquarters (HQ). When necessary, request HQ to coordinate with RD for assistance in handling the matter.
(2) Transparently and authentically convey the intentions of both VN and BU to each other, reducing communication costs between both parties and accelerating the efficiency of resolution.
Customer Complaint Handling:
(1) Quickly resolve after- sales issues and follow up on solution implementation.
(2) Enhance satisfaction of front- line personnel (FAE/Customer service center).
Collate local quality- related issues in VN:
(2) Communicate with VN front- line FAE to comprehend the genuine local requirements and provide feedback to BU, facilitating the planning of VN market development and strategies.
(1) Deeply engage with the local front line to understand their needs.
BU Goal Execution:
(1) Gather industry information and plan corresponding testing strategies to support BU&039;s achievement.
(2) Facilitate two- way communication to ensure organizational consensus on goals: Clearly understand the importance of goals and tasks to the organization, establish a consistent consensus on expected outcomes, and proceed with the planned initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree or master&039;s degree in a STEM- related field is preferred (science, technology, engineering, and math).
- Vietnamese nationality is preferred.
- Open to fresh graduates. No experience is required, but relevant experience will make you an outstanding candidate.
- Proficient in Vietnamese (essential), Chinese, and English. Communicate effectively in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred more than English.
- Good data/info collection and data analysis skills
- Have fluent & transparent communication skills to get and convey information to cross- departments and with customers.
