Purchasing Specialist (15-25 million VND/month + KPI bonus)

Vendor Management:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long- term relationships to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.
Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and address any issues that may arise.

Cost Negotiation and Budget Management:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage procurement budgets..
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and maintain quality standards for purchased materials.
Ensure that suppliers adhere to agreed- upon quality specifications.

Supply Chain Optimization:

Identify opportunities for process improvements within the procurement function.
Work closely with the logistics and production teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize lead times.

Market Research:

Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and availability of materials relevant to the plastic filler masterbatch industry.
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision- making.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1 year of experience in the field of plastic purchasing is an advantage
English listening, speaking, reading and writing. TOEIC > 650/ IELTS > 6.5 Or Chinese HSK 5
Familiarity with international trade regulations and import- export processes.
5 years of experience in the field of purchasing raw materials for factories
