Source products and materials for projects; conduct stock checking and availability verification.
Collaborate with relevant departments to collect, review, and verify the completeness and legal compliance of all project invoices and supporting documents in accordance with government regulations; reconcile input and output VAT invoices, prepare income and comparison reports, and complete all required documentation in compliance with internal and statutory requirements.
Monitor delivery schedules and provide coordination support to other teams when required.
Responsible for negotiating with suppliers on pricing, purchase orders, and contracts (including commercial contracts, office construction contracts, and framework agreements); handling purchase requests (PR), VAT invoices, warranty documentation, payment arrangements, and maintaining both electronic and hard- copy records.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a Purchasing Officer role within the interior, finishing construction materials, or related industries.
Gender: Male/Female, aged 25–34.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Language: Good English communication skills; capable of preparing reports and communicating directly with Japanese Directors/Managers.
