Purchasing Staff

Working Location: Kien Thanh Industrial Park, Long Cang, Tay Ninh
Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City to the factory in Tay Ninh.

Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to ensure stable packaging supply.
Analyze production plans to determine packaging requirements for rice production.
Prepare reports related to procurement plans and inventory status.
Track packaging inventory and propose adjustments to procurement plans when necessary.
Source, evaluate, and manage multiple packaging suppliers.
Calculate packaging order quantities based on production output, current inventory, and safety stock levels.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Monitor purchase orders and ensure on- time delivery.
Develop procurement plans aligned with factory production schedules.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple suppliers.
Good data analysis and Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Misa, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Good communication, negotiation, and problem- solving skills.
Highly detail- oriented with strong planning and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or raw materials.
