Purchasing Staff (Stone, Terrazo, Cement)

- Receive claims from CS/sale team and service team- Check all information related to defective products (PO no., item, factory order ...)- Check with PM/GM to confirm if there is an NM error for deployment- Check for errors, check related information such as product structure, packaging…- Deploy claim, follow up, pushing NM to have ASAP ready schedule, arrange shipment for compensation goods (by air / by sea...)- Deal credit claim with factory- Participate in meetings with factory to process claims- Weekly claim reports to Managers

1. Knowledge, Education, Training/Kiến thức, giáo dục, đào tạo
§ University/College Degree in Import/Export, Business administration, English…
§ Knowledge of Production costing, Outdoor Furniture (Wood/Textile/Cushion/Terrazzo)
2. Experience/Kinh nghiệm
§ At least 05 years of experience in Merchandiser Position
3. Abilities/ Skills/Khả năng/ Kỹ năng
§ Fluency in both verbal and written English and English
§ Good at Microsoft Office software
§ Strong in Negotiation Skill, Time- Management Skill
4. Others/Những yêu cầu khác
§ Independent and able to work under pressure
§ approachable & a team player
§ Attention to details & customer- focused
§ Be willing to travel
