Job Description
● Participate in product development of GoBuy Vietnam.
● Develop and maintain an intelligent customer service system, including but not
limited to compiling frequently asked questions, managing a knowledge base,
and routing inquiries to customer service staff.
● Develop and optimize automated moderation features for images that violate
regulations and contain prohibited content.
● Design and implement natural language processing modules for moderating user

● Collaborate closely with the product team to understand business needs and

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related fields, with at least 2

● Deep understanding and practical experience in computer vision and natural
