Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Analyst to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is an in- office position and offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting- edge technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. 
Core Responsibilities

Test applications in both OnPrem environments and cloud- based platforms.
Conduct exploratory testing to identify and document software defects.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, and other test automation tools.
Work with Azure DevOps to manage test cases, test plans, and CI/CD pipelines.

Functional Responsibilities

Understand and test microservices, micro frontends, APIs, and provide comprehensive test coverage.
Create detailed documentation and data- driven reports to communicate test results and insights. 
Collaborate with SAFe Agile teams to deliver high- quality software products.

Technical Skills

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail- oriented with strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Excellent documentation and reporting skills with a data- driven approach.
Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
Have experience in Playwright/TypeScript, and other relevant testing tools.
Minimum 3 years of experience in QA automation and exploratory testing.

Education or Certifications

Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
