QA Assistant Manager

Responsible for managing customer audits and regulatory compliance agency audits.
Report to the management any major areas of quality improvement need.
Analyze, evaluate and present information concerning factors such as production capabilities, manufacturing problems, new products for consideration by other members of management team.
Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and auditing quality assurance systems and activities to meet customer requirements and specifications.
Review technical publications, articles, and abstracts to stay abreast of technical developments in industry.
Responsible for hiring, training and developing, conducting performance evaluations, recognizing and disciplining assigned employees in accordance with company&039;s human resources policies and procedures, which include equal employment opportunities.
Interface with customers on technical/quality issues and improvement initiatives.
Develop and implements reliability test, failure analysis, customer returned products verification & new product qualification system.
Conduct quality review meetings and report to the senior management regarding the Quality performance.
Implement and work towards TQM in the company and ensure that product quality objectives are being achieved.
Interact with customers to gain an understanding of their quality requirements for new and existing products and to receive feedback.
Review technical problems and procedures of departments and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures.
Provide reports pertaining to quality performance results, corrective actions, prevention and serves as a problem prevention coordinator.

Good spoken and written English. Mandarin is highly appreciated.
Strong analytical skill exposures on program solving techniques.
Knowledge in ISO/TS16949, AS9100, ISO13485
5-8 year experience in related industry. Knowledge in QC tools is required.
University graduate in Electronics Engineering or other related field
