In this role, you’ll lead the design and implementation of robust automation testing frameworks, manage the QA team, ensure high- quality software delivery, and champion best practices in quality assurance. You’ll collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to maintain compliance with stringent healthcare regulations while ensuring our solutions are secure, scalable, and reliable.
What you will do
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure test coverage and software quality
• Create, review, and execute comprehensive test cases to validate functionality, performance, scalability, and security.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11, through rigorous testing practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and database testing
• Track, report, and verify defects using test management and issue- tracking tools like Jira
• Stay up- to- date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Implement security testing strategies to protect sensitive healthcare data and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Build and maintain a robust regression test suite to ensure system stability across releases.
• Evaluate the risks and potential defects during new features development
• Lead and manage the QA team, including setting goals, providing mentorship, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
