Quality Management System Oversight

Maintaining and updating procedures in the quality manual.
Organizing meetings with managers, team leaders, and other departments to discuss quality issues or update standards and product requirements
Setting up, revising, and issuing procedures related to customer standards.
Preparing and following up on internal & external audit processes
Maintaining and updating master lists of Change Requests (CR) and following up on their implementation.
Prepare monthly reports for defective materials and summarize product and process audits.
Implementing quality system improvement plans.
Monitor and distribute work instructions (WI) and production documents (Pdoc) to ensure compliance in both in- house production and outsourcing units (OPUs).
Coordinating with departments for customer visits and factory evaluations.
Providing training and guidance on quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
Ensuring full application of customer standards at the factory.

QA Team management and development

Monitor and ensure compliance issues related to labor regulations such as regulations on working hours, regulations on occupational safety, and hygiene
Team development through on- the- job and off- the- job training
Managing the QA team through daily meetings to solve challenges, share new information, and follow up on tasks.
Participate in evaluating the work performance s of team members

Other tasks as assigned by the Manager and BOD
