QA/QC Staff

Theo dõi tình trạng chất lượng sản phẩm; báo cáo nội bộ và làm việc với khách hàng
Support domestic and overseas customer visits; prepare audit documents and manage follow- up actions for regular and ad- hoc audits
Record inspection results, analyze quality data, and prepare quality reports
Monitor product quality status; report internally and communicate with customers
Identify, classify, and control non- conforming products
Tham gia tiếp đón khách hàng trong và ngoài nước; chuẩn bị tài liệu và quản lý các hạng mục follow- up sau Audit (định kỳ/đột xuất)
Quản lý và lưu trữ hồ sơ chất lượng
Hỗ trợ xử lý khiếu nại khách hàng và theo dõi hiệu quả cải tiến
Kiểm tra nguyên vật liệu đầu vào, bán thành phẩm (WIP) và thành phẩm
Ghi nhận kết quả kiểm tra, phân tích dữ liệu và lập báo cáo chất lượng
Support customer claim handling and monitor improvement effectiveness
Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất để phân tích nguyên nhân và triển khai hành động khắc phục/phòng ngừa
Phát hiện, phân loại và xử lý sản phẩm không phù hợp
Coordinate with production to analyze root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions
Inspect incoming materials, work- in- process (WIP), and finished goods
Maintain and manage quality records
Hỗ trợ đánh giá nội bộ và đánh giá từ khách hàng
Support internal audits and customer audits

Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản (email và làm việc khi Audit)
Độ tuổi: 24–32 (Nam/Nữ)
Detail- oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively cross- functionally
Thành thạo MS Office (đặc biệt Excel phục vụ báo cáo và phân tích dữ liệu)
Basic English communication skills (email and audit handling level)
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel for reporting and data analysis)
College or University degree (Engineering major preferred)
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học (ưu tiên chuyên ngành kỹ thuật)
Age: 24–32 (Male/Female)
Cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm, khả năng phối hợp làm việc tốt
ƯU TIÊN / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Có kinh nghiệm đối ứng Audit khách hàng
Có kinh nghiệm quản lý chất lượng trong nhà máy sản xuất
Experience using improvement tools such as 8D, 5Why, and SPC
Knowledge of ISO/IATF quality management systems
Kinh nghiệm trong ngành linh kiện ô tô là lợi thế
Experience in automotive parts industry is an advantage
Hiểu biết về hệ thống ISO/IATF
Experience in manufacturing quality control
Experience in customer audit handling
Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng công cụ cải tiến như 8D, 5Why, SPC
