Location: District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Helix Mesh, a branch of Swan and
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct thorough testing of our APIs and websites.
● Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and development team to identify,
document, and communicate bugs and issues.
● Work with the Project Manager to prioritize bugs and track resolution progress.
● Provide clear and actionable feedback to developers to facilitate prompt fixes and
improvements.
● Maintain detailed testing documentation and reports on testing results.

● 3+ years of related work experience (Intermediate level or higher)
● Experience in software testing, preferably in backend systems.
● Knowledge of test automation software (Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin)
● Experience using test management tools (Jira/ X- Ray)
● Familiarity with Postman.
● Experience in Web3 testing is a plus.
● Experience testing user interfaces (UI/UX)
● Knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey issues to both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
● Understanding of Scripting Languages (Python)
