· Manage ISO, Customer audit, Internal Audit, Document Control.

· Works closely with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
· Assumes accountability to identify tasks required to achieve defined goals and improve service, efficiency, and quality of work.

- Ensure all depts apply the document control system correctly and use the latest revision of documents.
· Lead, teach, coach, monitor performance of document control team and other staffs who report to me. Consult lower levels of employees with more complex issues.
DATA COLLECTION AND REPORTING
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly report of performance of QMS, audits, and document control.
