Quality Analyst (Office Hour)

Conduct call coaching sessions per client requirements;
Provide QA progress reports to Quality Manager;
Ensure products performance meets or exceeds the requirements of clients;
Contribute to the QA Team&039;s development and share knowledge within the team.
Participate as project team member in problem prevention and continuous improvement projects;
Act as escalation point of contact for process questions, issues and resolution;
Conduct QA evaluations per client requirements;
Conduct root cause and other data analysis based on team performance;

Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards;
Good data collection, analysis skills and reporting;
Strong attention to detail;
Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English;
Work experiences in Quality Assurance at least more than 6 months;
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Analyst (advantage);
Personal traits and self- management skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast pace work environment within the Content Moderation industry. Candidates may potentially be exposed to harmful content.
Able to work on weekends.
Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance;
