Quality Assurance

Quality assuring the work logging data output of developers & members at the end of days, including but not limited to;
Coordinating internal training programs: planning, facilitating and handling all the issues arisen;
Assist project manager to optimize team&039;s procedures to increase the whole team&039;s efficiency;
Have an infectious can- do attitude that inspires others and encourages great performance in a fast- moving environment;
Assure that team members follow the team’s working procedure;
Other tasks that are assigned by managers.
Connect and bond trainees with the whole team, make them feel welcome and connected;

Good communication and organization skills;
Have interest in technology and working with product teams is a plus;
Candidates with extra curriculumn activites experience related to people, networking, organizing are preferred;
Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Word/Excel or Google Sheets/docs. MOS certification is a plus.
Be able to work fulltime, final year students are acceptable, at least 3 months of working experience in related fields;
Be open to receive advice, feedback from team members;
Enthusiastic, enjoy working with people and flexible in resolving conflicts with others;
Age 21- 23;

Salary: $300- $600. (Review after the first 2 months and every 6 months);
