Quality Assurance Associate (HR Outsourcing)

ROLE OBJECTIVES:

Audit the accuracy of payroll reports: data input, payroll calculation.
Audit SHUI contributions of Clients’ partners (a service of OSS).
Implement internal audit to Contractors’ profiles: according to labor code, to clients’ regulations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Customer Services

Build and maintain strong relationship and provide quality services.

Process/ Function

Prepare the QC Schedule and inform to Consultants in charge.
Audit the SHUI Contributions of Clients’ partners.
Do QC to payroll & related reports.
Manage 1 intern who support service SHUI Audit.
Do internal audit (periodically) to contractors’ profiles.
Check supporting documents of PIT Finalization (annual).

JURISDICTION:

Be clearly communicated of all key performance indicators (KPIs) and be correctly assessed with the performance by the line manager.
Be equipped with appropriate training, guidance related to job position in order to have adequate knowledge and skill set to fulfill the assigned tasks.

Proficient in MS Office.
Good Customer Oriented.
Ability to work independently, proactively under high pressure and good problem solving.
Attention to details.
Must have a degree of University/College either in HR, Accounting, Law and relevant. (except in cases approved by the line manager).
Good time management skills.
Good knowledge of payroll works.
2- 3 years of human resources experience with emphasis on compensation and benefits or accounting.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
