Quality Assurance Engineer (QA)

The main mission will be to ensure the compliance and quality of product before shipment. As quality engineer you will have to coordinate different parties involved in our supply chain.

- Check quality issues with the customer&039;s marketing department.
- Follow- up with all parties concerned to optimize lead times.
- Check test reports against European standards.
- Monitor order lead times up to quality control validation.
- Check sample validation sheets.
- Follow- up with laboratories on test report delivery times.
- Handle quotation requests with laboratories.
- Validate product packaging in line with French market requirements.
- Review and analyze quality control reports.
- Provide buyers with the needed standards under European regulations.
- Coordinate between inspection company and suppliers.
- Drafting quality control requests.
- Validate test reports with our customer&039;s legal department.
- Send validated packs to supplier.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lab and/or testing/inspecting/ industries / retails
- Good English in writing and communication
- Good experience in handling and evaluating of raw materials, semi- products and finished products quality
- Strong knowledge in QA and garment, home textile, shoes, furniture.... manufacturing process
- Familiar with computer basic skill, calibration, and measurement equipment
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills in laboratory testing and equipment are plus
Preferably:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Frensh language basic is a plus
- Problem- solving skills, strong mindset, and good analytical skills
- Educational qualifications.
- Strong technical support and good problem solving
- Good knowledge about norms and standards. ISO, European Union Standard a plus
