Quality Assurance Manager (QA QC/Tester & Japanese N2+)

Job Scope
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a talented and experienced QC/QA Manager to join our dynamic team. The QC/QA Manager will be responsible for contributing to manual test case management, communicating with related stakeholders and developing the application in cooperation with the product manager, working in the form of Squad, a small team can quickly and consistently engage in everything from design to development, testing and operation.

Engage in projects at early stages to identify and address risk factors such as bugs and scheduling issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on QA activities, risks, and product quality status.
Foster a high awareness of product quality within the team by improving system requirement definition accuracy and enhancing the UAT process.
Manage and mentor a team of QC/QA executives, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Develop and lead the overall QC/QA strategy, including test analysis, design, and execution for web and mobile applications.
Work closely with other departments, such as development and product management, to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
Implement measures to prevent the recurrence of problems, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team.
Oversee the performance of test analysis, design, and execution for web and mobile applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high- quality outcomes.

Mobile App: Kotlin, Swift, Flutter
Backend: Ruby (on Rails), Go, Amazon Aurora (MySQL), Elasticsearch, DynamoDB
FrontEnd: Nuxt.js/Vue.js, ReactJS

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have

Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to communicate well in development projects
Extensive knowledge of QC methodologies, tools, and processes, particularly for web service and mobile applications
Proven experience as a QC Manager or in a similar role
Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level or higher)
Familiar with Agile/ SCRUM environment
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, with attention to detail

Nice to have

Experience working for web development related companies
Able to grasp trends and research new technologies
Good at English communication
Working experience in Japanese projects as QC/QA
