Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Purpose

Ensure all products for selling at CK have complete quality records and comply with the law, the operation process complies with Circle K Vietnam standards and the requirements of the Vietnamese law.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all product related.

Job Accountabilities

Coordinate with CM/ACM/Supplier and related department to ensure supplier supply all products, which must be following food safety, Circle K Vietnam standard, Vietnam law requirement.
Quality assurance of suppliers
Plan and perform training on quality awareness, quality control, analytical methods, food safety standards for relevant subjects.
Provide the right documents about the quality of the product and work with the government inspection team at the store and office (if any).

Product document control

Monitor and ensure all products being sold at Circle K have enough documents.
Consulting and supporting suppliers in preparing product documents to ensure complete and correct documents before doing business at Circle K.

Issue handling

Investigate and monitor and resolve complaints related to food safety issues of products at the store.
Support and monitor the resolution of food safety incidents at the store.

Other tasks

Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager
Make and follow the QA reports.

Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Graduated from university
High sense of responsibility, customer service oriented, detailed, demanding for perfection, positive & quick in action.
Minimum 3 years experience in same position in hospitality relating to FMCG/Food products. Retail knowledge is an advantage.
Good communication, management skill, critical thinking, presentation skill, problem solving and independence in work.
Degree in food technology, biotechnology, chemistry background or related fields.
Knowledge about HACCP, Iso 22000, BRC, GMP, 5S.
