* Quality Control Engineer (Work at Dong Nai, shuttle bus provided)

JOB SUMMARYThis role leads a team at the Milwaukee HT Vietnam factory, overseeing In- Process Quality Control (IPQC), Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), and process quality support. Collaborates with cross- functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish IPQC/OQC processes, including sampling plans, process audits, non- conformance handling, and data collection/analysis (Critical Features, DPPM).
Address customer complaints, implement preventive measures, and verify their effectiveness.
Manage IPQC and OQC to ensure products meet internal and customer quality standards.
Train team members to meet job requirements.
Maintain and optimize quality management systems (SOP, OI/WI) per ISO 9001 standards.
Support manufacturing process improvements, conduct failure analysis, handle non- conforming products, and implement effective corrective/preventive actions.

Collaborate with other departments to meet delivery schedules and production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Science.
Experience:
3 years in quality control.
Knowledge:

7 QC Tools, 5 Core Tools.
ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949:2016.
Problem- solving skills (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto).
Skills:
Fluent in English.Other Abilities: Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, strong teamwork skills.
Data analysis.
Auditing skills.
Familiar with ASTM, GB, or JIS standards.
Proficient in Minitab.
