Quality Improvement Senior Engineer

Conduct component failure analysis and prepare reports to be sent to suppliers for corrective action.
Analyze refrigerator return cases from the market, identify root causes, and prepare detailed reports.
Manage and monitor product quality performance in the market, track customer feedback, and propose quality improvement measures.
Implement improvement activities for defect items found in the market and within the factory.
Collect and analyze statistical data on gas leak issues, identify root causes, and follow up corrective and preventive actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
2–3 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Improvement in manufacturing (home appliances preferred).
Strong knowledge of quality tools (5Why, 8D, FMEA, SPC).
Good analytical and problem- solving skills.
Ability to lead and implement QC improvement activities.
Proficiency in MS Office for data analysis and reporting.
English: Good level (able to communicate and coordinate with overseas vendors regarding quality issues, and read technical documents).
