Quality Engineer

Document, justify, review or analyze whether a proposed change to a process will not enhance the risk level in some way beyond capability of current QMS or whether change will result in potential non- compliance to a required standard.
Work with related functions to solve non- conformity material to ensure good material for production. Follow up corrective action from supplier and verify the effectiveness. Conduct supplier audit for supplier performance management.
Work detail with Engineering team to have good system apply of all specifications as customer requirement for new product.
Establish material standard for every new material.
Be the technical quality standard support for materials quality and incoming inspection processes team to ensure timely execution of needed activities for incoming inspection planning, inspection results and back order demands as required.
Responsible for managing, conduct performance reviews, competence development to quality system, in addition to identifying quality development needs in areas such as Q Technical training, technical skills, safety and good practices sharing.
Complete any arising as requirement from manager.
Responsible for managing and maintain Quality Assurance system.
Establish, Update the processes, procedures as per QMS, ISO 9001, IATF16949, 5 Core tools experience (included MSA, Gage R&R), ISO14001, ISO45001 systems is applied. Document system requirement.

Candidates with experience in the automotive industrial are preferred.
Fluently English in both writing and speaking.
Good planning, problem solving, and decision- making skills.
At least 2- 5 years working experiences in relevant industry in multinational company, in which 5S, experience ISO 9001 systems is applied, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001is prefer
Good leadership skills, Time Management skills, and problem- solving skills.
Well written and verbal communication skills.
University graduated.
