* JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic Quality Engineering Supervisor to lead and manage quality engineering activities during the R&D and product development phases.
Implement internal audit activity with records, follow up and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
Lead to implement the organization problem solving process and system.
Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for design- related quality issues.
Cooperate with counterpart in AC Europe on product quality issue and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and mentor a team of quality engineers in the R&D phase.
Monitor tester performance and analyze recorded data to prevent failure during production.
Support the implementation and ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System are put into practice on a permanent basis.
Ensure APQP and PPAP process is followed for new products and models. Assist as necessary on completion of process flow charts, FMEA and control plans for the product.
Assist Technical Manager and Customer Services in warranty analysis and return sales from customer plants as required.
Planning, supervision, lead implementation of QC tools
Oversee design verification and validation processes to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Manage the operation of quality test and inspection and liaison programs.
Interface with Technical Department on Work Instruction development, proper inspection and gauging frequencies, and process doc. as required.
Develop, implement, and maintain a robust reporting system of company performance to AC management at appropriate intervals.
Support QM to be in charge of all customers’ returns/complaints & keep track of all 8D and provide timely update status of corrective action / 8D.
