Quality Engineer

Job Definition
Quality Engineer monitor and oversee a company&039;s production processes to ensure they meet quality standards. To ensure that the products delivered to customers meet with the specification and other agreed upon performance, design, reliability, and maintainability expectations of that customers.

Job Responsibility
· Internal complaint and supplier complaint management.
· You will be trained at Switzerland when selected
· Calibration
· Product Regulatory: lab testing, micro bio test and document review
· Implementation the raw material testing, QC checks production control plan management
· Machine approval: new line, internal approval process, customer line approval support
· Product regulatory such as material introduction qualification, application test, stress crack, bottle/neck measurement, microbiology test, QC check product control plan
· Improvement projects
· Reporting to the Quality Manager
· Implement to follow the Internal and vendor complaint

Qualification
· Diploma & above with Engineer of electronic background.
Experience:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Engineer,
· Experience on plastic is a plus
· For Diploma holder, at least 2 years’ experience in similar manufacturing field, however for higher education holder is not applicable.
· Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC, ISO 45001, ISO14001 manufacturing environment
· Experience SAP (additional)
Skills:
· ISO 9001 knowledge and internal auditing skill.
· In depth manufacturing background in quality related role
· FSSC 22000 knowledge and internal auditing skill (optional)
· Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and other accreditations is essential.
· Excellent written and spoken English language
· Good working knowledge of relevant legislation, including Health and safety and Hygiene
· Good interpersonal skills required to liaise with personnel at all levels, including client staff, project teams, site operatives, auditors and external certification
· Working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, word, power point
· Must be able to provide externally recognized levels of competence that are consistent with the role
· Must be able to demonstrate strong, positive customer and people management background demonstrating good interpersonal skills
