Quality Engineer - Nhơn Trạch (Có xe đưa rước từ Sài Gòn & Biên Hòa)

Explains the reports in Staff and supervisor’s meetings.
Follows- up on client complaints regarding quality problems including actions and results, visiting clients in China and the United States.
Represents the plant, as corporate level, with clients, suppliers, as needed.
Evaluates product submissions from salesmen or suppliers for Summit Componentes and clients.
Availability to travel to the United States to provide support to clients or headquarters.
Evaluates New Product and Production Product color.
Verifies and follows- up on the quality standards of new and current products.
Coordinates the recording and monitoring of the material inspections (receiving,process, final).
Participates in the internal audits program (to systems, products and process).
Supports the problem- solving process and develops preventive and corrective measures that insure quality.
AQP support, participation and development.
Provides support and supervision to technicians and/or auditors as needed.
Audits and monitors the follow- up of the different existing Production controls (P. Control, Set up, etc.).
Follows- up on non- compliances reported to our suppliers and their corrective actions.
Prepares and presents product submission to clients
Performs other duties as assigned.
Participates in continuous improvement activities and cost reduction goals.
Supports and maintains the quality system as defined in the plant procedures and instructions.

Ability in statistical process control techniques (SPC)
GD & T.
ISO/TS 16949.
FMEA.
Inspection and Testing Methods
Control Plan.
Flow charts.
Approved Munsell Test.
AQP Manual Revision.
Gage R & R (MSA).
Personnel Supervision
PPAP.
2 years minimum in quality area
Problem Solving.

Engineering Bachelor’s degree
