Quality Engineer - Work at Hanoi

Position Summary
Qualify the product in term of the requirement of customer, regulatory, safety and the international standard. Qualify the assembly line in term of the stability and the consistency.
He is responsible for finish goods audit and process audit at our suppliers. The QE also has the responsibility of helping our suppliers improve their products quality and quality system.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare the quality document to qualify the product.
Hold production release meeting
Determine the sampling plan, inspection item and the reliability test plan
Prepare test plan and work with Eng. together on implementing the test plan
Collect and review the performance/reliability test data during Engineering build, Pilot run of new product.
Review and approval first article inspection of all critical components.
Help other team members follow up customer complaints.
Active interactions with our supplier to improve products quality and the manufacturing process.
Determine the checkpoint flow line of main assembly line. This includes the functional checking, appearance checking and safety checking.

Person Specifications
List the key qualification required or preferred for the candidate ( examples shown below)

Good communication, and interpersonal skills
3 years or above relevant experience in manufacturing field
Work in power tool or mechanical industry is an advantage
A self- starter with a ‘hands- on’ approach.
BS in mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree
Able to work independently and pro- actively
Good standard written and spoken English / Chinese
