As the IPQC & FQC Battery/Circuit Engineer at Dat Bike, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of manufacturing processes and maintaining product quality standards. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving manufacturing issues, collaborating with cross- functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in quality management, problem- solving, and leadership will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence and upholding the company&039;s reputation for delivering high- quality electric vehicles.
Responsibilities
Oversee the final inspection and testing of batteries, and electronic assemblies.
Confirm defect from FQC and feedback to battery line and Electric Circuit line.
Analyze data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
Conduct routine inspections of battery components and assembled battery packs to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify any process variations and take corrective actions as needed. Report any non- conforming products and assist in root cause analysis.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, test data, and non- conformance reports.
Implement Q- gate monitoring data checkpoint.
Coordinate bug handling in battery line & Coordinate with SCM team to handle non- conforming goods.
Monitor the assembly line processes to ensure compliance with established quality protocols. Implement Quality gates whenever and wherever necessary.
Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Collect data from various stages of the Battery and Circuit assembly line.
Ensure updated control plan for Battery and Circuit Assemblies.
Support the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
Ensure updated MIS report (battery line) & Receive and evaluate technical changes.
Document test results and compare them with quality standards.
Utilize measurement tools and techniques to verify product specifications.
Requirements
Independant player with strong interpersonal skills, hands- on and data driven, be able to adapt to the dynamic working environment, creative mindset in problem solving.
3+ years in an automotive manufacturing background with experience in process improvement required especially in the Quality department.
Bachelor&039;s degree in engineering from Automotive/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Electronics, or relevant related fields.
Good Communication in English.
Excellent analytical abilities, technical writing ability and comprehensive understanding of quality standards and Final Inspection requirements.
