Leading & managing on implementation Quality & Food Safety strategy, plans & initiatives for the PepsiCo Foods Vietnam manufacturing external warehouses and suppliers to ensure product quality as designed while comply with Pepsi standard and policy.
Build QC technician team capability to achieve business growth and improve capability continuously
Supporting R&D projects on implementing trial of product innovation and supplier development at Ha Nam Plant
Responsibilities
Lead for sustain/improve quality of product & food safety, generate and lead the implementation of ideas for continual process improvement- Consult & Execute
Working with all departments at plan to request required documents and inform preparation plan about food safety & quality Audit- Consult and Execute
Co- operate with R&D region team, Procurement to verify suppliers in order to develop new materials, new suppliers via SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance program)- Execute
Lead the Incoming Raw material QC team to control and monitor quality raw material from suppliers- Consult- Influence and Execute.
Set up Laboratory: room layout, equip all tools, chemical, machine, test methods for Lab- Consult, Influence and Execute
Manage & trouble shooting for quality & food safety issues- Execute
Building the annual operation plan (AOP) and forecast for QA/QC such as: headcount, third party, productivity, efficiency, operating expenditure (OPEX), capital expenditure (CAPEX)- Consult and Execute
Conduct market survey (at distributors & outlet) to understand quality of product out of warehouse and have appropriate action for improving quality of product- Influence and Execute
Assign staff to investigate market complaints & liaise with factory- feed- back to sales & help in customer/consumer response based on crisis management guideline- Consult and Execute
Build and develop the capability for QC technician, Operation staff to achieve improve capability continuously to control Quality & Food Safety- Consult- Influence
Build & lead implement Food & quality systems for Ha Nam plant: GMP, ISO 22000, AIB. Support to integrate other management systems such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 by applying consistent template, forms and issuing guidelines for writing policy process- Consult, Influence and Execute
