Quản Đốc Kho Ngoại Quan (Warehouse Manager)

Manage warehouse operations following SOPs to meet SLA, including but not limited to inbound, outbound, inventory and storage mgnt.
Lead the team to strictly follow Safety and Security requirements across the warehouse
Communicate and settle with customer on operational issues and initiatives
Calculate and review warehouse productivity and capacity; review and planning resource for the operations to reduce waste
Collaborate with HR department to build and implement a sustainable plan to strengthen frontline managers/supervisors to acquire necessary professional skills
Reporting as of requirement of customer and/or manager
Budget planning and budget controlling – avoid after the fact P.O.
Lead the team with initiative projects/improvement plan to optimize resources and/or costs control to provide better value- added services for the customer
Manage the 24/7 warehouse operations to fulfill the agreed service level agreement (SLA)
Control cost of OT / Compensation / Operations within the targeted budget
Cost management: labor, overtime, compensation, and other operational expenses under budget and forecast Collaborate with customer & HR to plan the resource demand based on forecast volume
Lead the team to strictly follow Labor Code and other requirements of government, Corporate, and customer’s specific regulations

Problem solving skills
Aptitude to select and recruit capable managers and key team leaders.
Attitude to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi- functional and diverse backgrounds.
Stakeholder management skills
English proficiency (verbal and written)
Experience in Customs, Transportation, Factory planning procedures is advantage
SAP, WMS experienced
At least 3 years of management level
Management experience on large scale
Experience in warehousing, logistics operations
Bachelor’s degree
Strong Leadership skills in driving and developing a large team. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers. Management, employees and vendors.
Excellent presentation skills
