Apply AQL sampling standards during inspections.
Conduct pre- production sample approvals and participate in pre- production meetings.
Perform quality checks on high- value shipments prior to dispatch.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence to social and environmental responsibility standards.
Inspect incoming raw materials and report non- conformities promptly.
Prepare and submit weekly quality reports to the QA/QC Manager.
Conduct internal training on social and environmental compliance standards.
Analyze production defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Provide technical advice and quality improvement recommendations.
Oversee environmental reporting and compliance documentation.
Support and maintain local and international certifications and audit requirements.
Collect and manage CO₂e emission data; identify opportunities to reduce emissions in office and production operations.
Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and Customer Service team to arrange inspection schedules aligned with delivery timelines.
Perform in- line and final inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of AQL and quality inspection standards in printing/packaging manufacturing.
High sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and cross- functionally.
Willing to travel to factories, suppliers, and subcontractors when required.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental or related fields).
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in labels, packaging, or garment trims manufacturing industry.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
