Perform other production related activities or Ad- hoc tasks assigned by Operations Manager
Plan and conduct training for new and existing employees.
Manage production team to achieve workforce stability and sustainability.
To lead production department to achieve department KPIs.
To identify, recommend and carry out suitable continuous improvement works to improve workflow, optimization of resources and reduce operating cost.
To ensure all departmental activities is in- compliance with legislation, HSE regulations, food safety requirements and company policies.
Assist Operations Manager for the overall production planning and improvement activities in terms of HSE, Quality & GMP, Cost, Customer Order Fulfillment, Manpower & Capacity planning etc.
Work with Planning team on production schedule to ensure on- time customer order delivery in accordance with existing production capacity.
Overall in- charge of production department with experience of manufacturing café/milk/cake/ candy/ soft drink.
Manage the production process efficiency including close monitoring of machine OEE and downtime, and other production parameters.
Roles and Responsibility related to HSEQMS
Ensure risk assessments of workplace is properly in place.
Ensure all HSEQ procedures are adhered to/ Target 0% labor accident
To set a standard personal good example of members in the production team .
Provide training and instruction to the team.
Lead / participant in HSEQMS system development & implementation & review.

+ Priority is given to candidates working in milk/coffee/cocoa/confectionery and tea factories
+ Leadership and training skills for subordinates must be demonstrated effectively to create work results.
+ Accepting a job at An Phuoc Industrial Park, Long Thanh, Dong Nai
+ Has set up the production system of a newly established food factory
+ Good organizational and management skills are a mandatory requirement
