Quantity Surveyor

Negotiating prices and contracts. Align with Purchase for competitive price during budgeting/ bidding stage based on market standards/ internal bidding process
Critical thinking (know how to deal with an issue logically/ on time)
Proactive (willing to take part and support in cost estimation work when needed)
Preparing budget for projects, variation orders, project finalization and other documents.
Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements. Visit construction site before and after issuing budget for a close follow up of the project.
Reviewing technical specifications for materials components, equipment or buildings.
Determining quantity and timing of deliveries.
Maximising potential project income at all times.
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. ACAD and SKETCHUP basic knowledge required.
Collaborative (know how to work with other department flexibly to solve problems)
Client- Oriented (know how to balance between client’s benefit and company’s capability)

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Self- starter.
2 years + experience in purchase, preferably in construction/ fit out field
Fluent in English.
Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience required
ACAD and Sketchup basic knowledge.
