Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Fresh/Junior QS

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities;
Pre- tender estimate;
Site valuation and Site measurement;
Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account;
Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involves liaising with architects, engineers and subcontractors;
Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure;

Attending Client consultant and site meeting;

Familiar with Acad program, cost estimate;
High sense of responsibility, able to work under high pressure and willing to work overtime;
Fresh graduate from university. 1- 3 years of working experience is an advantage..
University Degree in Engineering or related building construction;
Ability to work independently and resourcefully;
Honest, quick- learning, hard- working, active and creative
Good communication skill in English;
