Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Quartz Business Development Officer with a strong background in geology or mining and an MBA, to drive business growth in Vietnam. This role is designed for a dynamic, driven individual, preferably a female candidate from Vietnam, who can identify new market opportunities, establish strong relationships with clients, and promote our high- quality quartz products to key industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Development:
• Develop a strategic plan to penetrate the Vietnamese market and identify potential clients and distribution channels.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and sectors that require quartz minerals in Vietnam, such as electronics, glass, and construction.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and local partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all business development activities, presenting the company’s products and value propositions to potential clients.
• Sales and Business Growth:
• Drive sales efforts to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare customized sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to each client’s needs.
• Negotiate deals and close sales, ensuring that all agreements are aligned with the company’s business goals and profitability targets.
• Partnership Development:
• Establish partnerships with local distributors, agents, and businesses that can promote and distribute quartz products in the Vietnamese market.
• Leverage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, trade bodies, and industry associations to facilitate market entry and growth.
• Market Intelligence:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously refine the business strategy.
• Identify new applications for quartz products and recommend opportunities for product innovation and diversification.
• Compliance and Legal Coordination:
• Work closely with legal teams to draft contracts, agreements, and ensure proper documentation for all business activities.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to mineral imports and distribution.
• Travel:
• Travel to client sites, trade shows, and networking events as required to expand the company’s presence in the Vietnamese market.
