R&D Manager

- Develop new product, conduct trial, manage new product, development projects and analyze the trial results.
- Manage R&D Department activities, guide R&D staff to evaluate, analyze current and alternative spice raw materdial, create product recipe and specidication and conduct sensory evaluation of new products to meet customer needs and requirements.
- Report the progress of R&D Dept. to make sure sample sent/submitted timely, met customer&039;s requirements, transfer recipe/specification/technical requirements to orther relevant departments, sharing new development information to team (legal, technical know- how, special requirements...)
- Improve Existing Product and Processes: Refers to developing value- added products and processes by providing input into innovative uses for excess raw materials and by- products.
- Guide R&D staff to analyse customer specification, customer sample, customer request, create product recipe and specification, send sample and specification to customer, record information, arrange supplier&039;s, customer&039;s sample.

- University graduate or higher
- Be an internal auditor of systems BRCGS, HACCP System and suppler audit.
- Fluent in English
- Have 5 years with experienced & strong backgrount in Food Products Research & Development in foods industry
- Experienced in improvement projects
