Trợ lý R&D Manager

*General responsibility
- Call meeting and arrange meeting room for the sample meeting in weekly
- File and record all documents and information
- Cross check all documents before submit to sign approval
- Make list of outstanding to report Manager in weekly
- Clear up all queries from other departments
- Follow up and schedule all requirements, all samples and quotations to finish on time
- Do other task per Manager&039;s instructions
Developments
- Make and cross check all pre- costs for products and upload to system for CS do the quotation for customers
- Sourcing and asking price of new materials and hardware
- Follow up the requirements of costing on system from customer service department (CS)
- Follow up the sketches for new developments from designers
Sample
- Follow up status and report issues of samples to have the best solution on time
- Take note all comments from customers for the samples after reviewed
- Contact suppliers to get new material/ fitting samples
- Follow up and receive the orders from CS
- Make the orders for display in showroom, customer reviews, review construction, lab testing, photoshot, exhibitions (VIFA, NEC, IMM, etc.)
- Provide the construction drawings, detail drawings, specifications of products to sample shop
- Update the changes to the sample shop do samples correctly and finish in timely
Production
- Follow up new products are production incoming
- Update new changes by making ECR (Engineering Change Request) to mass production
- Make blue files of new products for PDE (Product and Engineering department) based on final samples and approved samples. The blue file includes product specification, material specification, construction drawing, detail drawing, visual and new swatches of material/ hardware/ color

- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm bóc tách vật liệu, làm BOM, hoặc đã làm qua công ty gỗ.
- Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành Tiếng Anh, Chế biến lâm sản, kĩ thuật
- Ưu tiên Nữ
- Sắp xếp và lưu tên tài liệu cần rõ ràng, hệ thống cho mỗi tùy chọn hàng.
