ReactJS Developer - Level Middle

Voyager is looking for a Middle- Level ReactJS Developer to join our product development team. This role requires building and optimizing high- quality user interfaces (UI), integrating with backend systems, and ensuring a smooth user experience. The ideal candidate has hands- on experience with ReactJS, strong logical thinking, and a continuous learning mindset.
Job Responsibilities

Further details will be discussed during the interview.
Develop features based on customer and project requirements, ensuring high quality, testability, and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews as per guidelines, propose solutions, and contribute to team/project direction.
Work closely with the IT Comtor (Japanese translator/interpreter) and other team members to clearly understand and effectively implement project requirements.
Regularly report progress and work status.
Estimate task completion time and commit to meeting deadlines.
Support and mentor new team members (with a growth path toward a Senior Leader position).

Requirements

Knowledge of Responsive Design and Cross- browser Compatibility.
Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience working in Agile processes.
Graduated from a university/college majoring in Information Technology or an equivalent field.
Strong logical thinking, a proactive attitude, and a high sense of responsibility.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
2–4 years of experience in ReactJS development.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CI/CD and Unit Testing (Jest, React Testing Library).
Full- stack development experience with PHP (Laravel) backend.
Experience with Figma and Docker.
Previous experience in UI/UX design.
