Real Estate Ambassador (Residential Leasing)

As we are expanding into Vietnam, we are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our fast- growing team as Real Estate Ambassadors. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, rent and manage their properties while contributing to the continued success of Druce & Co.

Negotiate and facilitate successful transactions while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Prepare and present property listings, offers, and purchase agreements to clients.
Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Conduct market research and stay up- to- date with industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and strategies.
Actively prospect for new leads and clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
Attend property viewings, inspections, and appraisals to represent clients&039; interests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met with the highest level of professionalism.

Working days: Monday (9AM to 6PM)- Saturday morning (9AM to 1PM)
Address: Shop 3, Marriott Residences, Grand Marina Saigon, Lake No. 2 Ton Duc Thang street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM City

Preferably University degree holders in Hospitality. Fresh graduates and/or graduates with working experience in the Hospitality industry are welcome.

Highly motivated with a passion for real estate and a drive to succeed.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
Able to converse well in English and with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to network and develop strong customer relationships.
Candidates who can start work within short notice will be preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Detail- oriented, highly organised, technology savvy, proficient in MS Office and social media.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast- paced environment.
Proficiency in Korean or Japanese would be advantageous for the position.
Resourceful, self- motivated, and articulate

Salary: 11,000,000/month+ commission (on revenues+on number of closed deals + on agents&039;s behavior)
