TSL – The Sports Lounge | Hyatt Regency Da Nang

TSL – The Sports Lounge is hiring a Full- time Receptionist to join our team.
Our reception team is the first impression of the TSL experience.
Location: Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa, Da Nang
Full- time | Variable shifts | Start in February 2026 (after Tet)
About TSL
TSL is a premium indoor sports and lifestyle club inside Hyatt Regency Da Nang. We offer squash, 3D golf simulator, pool, ping pong, lounge seating, and a relaxed social atmosphere for hotel guests, members, and local residents.

What you’ll do:

• Respond to guest inquiries in person & via messaging apps
• Handle payments and receipts
• Assist with light social media marketing
• Keep reception and lounge areas tidy and presentable
• Welcome guests and members professionally
• Manage bookings and schedules
What we’re looking for:
• Interest in sports and fitness
• Well- presented and polite
• Comfortable with computers & booking systems
• Friendly & outgoing personality
• Calm and organized under pressure
• Good spoken English
• 1- years of hotel or reception experience preferred

SALARY:
Depending on experience. Range from 10.000.000 to 11.000.000 VND
5 days holiday per month.
Year- end bonus extra
Monthly target bonus extra
