Handle guest billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data privacy.
Manage reservations via phone, email, and hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, PMS).
Provide concierge support, including local area information, transportation, and restaurant bookings.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Uphold the hotel&039;s brand standards and deliver exceptional service at all times.
Perform check- in and check- out procedures efficiently.
Ensure the front desk and lobby area remain clean, organized, and professional.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service- oriented mindset.
Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and grooming standards.
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic Korean communication.
