Recruitment Consultant

🎯 What You’ll Do
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including data entry and documentation.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and client specifications.
• Conduct in- depth research and sourcing to build a robust candidate database aligned with client requirements.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Identify and explore potential recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Assist with other recruitment- related tasks as assigned.
👩🏻‍💻 What You Need
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skill;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and databases
• Strong research and analytical skills
• 4th year students, priority given to students committed to working full- time;
