Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment delivery operations in Vietnam while managing a team of recruiters and supporting client growth initiatives. This role requires a strong recruitment background, leadership capability, and a commercial mindset to ensure both delivery excellence and revenue contribution.
The Recruitment Manager will play a key role in workforce planning, market intelligence, process improvement, and strengthening client relationships to drive long- term business success.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Delivery Leadership
Improve offer acceptance rates and reduce candidate dropouts through strong candidate engagement.
Ensure timely delivery based on agreed turnaround time (TAT) and service level expectations.
Drive strong hiring performance through effective pipeline management, sourcing plans, and prioritization.
Develop recruitment strategies based on client needs, talent availability, and market conditions.
Lead end- to- end recruitment delivery for permanent and contract hiring across multiple industries.
Team Management & Performance
Support team development by improving sourcing techniques, screening quality, and interview coordination skills.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Set clear KPIs for recruiters and monitor performance, productivity, and delivery quality.
Manage, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to achieve monthly hiring targets.
Client Management & Stakeholder Partnership
Conduct job briefings and advise clients on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
Act as a key point of contact for clients and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment execution.
Handle escalations related to candidate quality, delays, and hiring challenges.
Ensure high client satisfaction by providing consistent updates, accurate submissions, and professional communication.
Sales Support & Revenue Contribution
Ensure recruitment delivery supports revenue growth through repeat hiring and account expansion.
Partner with leadership to identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Support sales efforts by contributing to proposal preparation, recruitment strategy presentations, and capability pitching.
Provide recruitment insights and market intelligence to support business development discussions.
Process Improvement & Recruitment Operations
Improve recruitment workflows, database management, and sourcing efficiency.
Work closely with operations/finance team to ensure smooth handover for contract onboarding and billing coordination.
Maintain accurate tracking of candidate pipelines, client status, and placement progress.
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment SOPs and documentation requirements.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Prepare weekly recruitment performance reports and hiring progress updates for management and clients.
Track recruitment metrics such as fill rate, TAT, submission- to- interview ratio, and dropout ratio.
Provide ongoing market updates on salary trends, talent movement, and competitor activity.
