Recruitment Marketing Leader

- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the recruitment marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration focused on engaging blue- collar candidates.
- Create and promote compelling content that highlights the benefits of working with GRGR, emphasizing opportunities, career growth, and a positive work environment tailored to blue- collar workers.
- Strategic Development: Plan and execute recruitment marketing strategies aimed specifically at attracting blue- collar workers in logistics, via several channels (Facebook, Tiktok, Zalo...)
- Community Outreach: Build strong relationships within the communities we serve, participating in job fairs and local events to promote our company as an employer of choice for blue- collar workers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in- depth market research to understand the preferences and motivations of blue- collar candidates, for recruitment strategies and messaging.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner closely with senior leadership and recruitment teams to align marketing initiatives with hiring goals and address the unique needs of blue- collar
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs for recruitment marketing campaigns, analyzing effectiveness and making data- driven adjustments to optimize outreach and engagement.

- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition with a focus on blue- collar workforce solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for engaging blue- collar candidates.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully attracting blue- collar talent.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Understanding of the logistics industry and the dynamics of the blue- collar labor market.
