Prepares reports and recommends procedures to enhance the recruitment and employment processes.
Coordinate and assist on- boarding, orientation programs and HR operations
Coordinate, negotiate and administer all sourcing/recruitment agency relationships.
Conduct interview for all local and expat positions, from supervisor to entry level.
Follow up candidate database management and other duties when required.
Act as a liaison between The Grand Ho Tram and the community in which they operate to generate interest and strong relationship for the workforce.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
Work closely with departments to arrange recruitment process.
Follow up the internal and external recruitment and placement activities for The Grand Ho Tram to include university, colleges, local nationals and expatriates.
Assist manager in recruitment plans in considering the market mechanism, labor development tendency, salary and benefit bench mark.
Assist to develop recruitment and placement policies, systems and procedures including strategies and selection techniques.
Follow up duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
Follow up all recruitment advertising and employment brand development.

Must be able to work self- directed, handle a fast- paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail
Exceptional and professional communication skills, both oral and written, especially in negotiating and presentation
Knowledgeable in local practices and policies for recruitment and employment.
Extensive interviewing skills and the ability to develop others to interview well.
Four (4) years’ experience as a senior recruitment officer in the hospitality & service industry or Supervisor in the multinational firms.
Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
Ability to communicate fluently in English both oral and written.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange and Outlook
Bachelor degree.
Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem solving.
Must have a through knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques.
Significant experience in hiring & selection of levels, having good network and connection in hospitality manning resources.
Ability to act and understand a sense of urgency. Excellent guest service skills.
