Searching the workforce market.
Following up on the interview process status.
Improving industrial relations through the organization of employee activities and programs.
Preparing management reports including headcount reports and advertisement cost analysis.
Screening resumes.
Planning, recruiting, and developing a qualified workforce to align with the Company’s business plan.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Working with a headhunter to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates
Making recommendations to HR managers and hiring managers.
Following up recruitment procedures to ensure headcount approval according to HR policy.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
Communicating employer information and
Performing reference and background checks.
Performing in- person and phone interviews with candidates.
Administering appropriate company assessments.
Exploring effective recruitment channels, advertising, screening, interviewing, and recommending suitable candidates for user’s departments by specified criteria.
